These are Digital SSTV pictures taken from 20 and 40 meters.  The frequencies are 14.233 and 7.173 using Easy Pal software.  Information and free software are are available on KB4YZ (www.kiva.net/~djones) or KC1CS (www.kc1cs.com) websites.  Digital SSTV requires a relatively clean strong signal because you either get a perfect picture or nothing, no noisy or scratchy reception.
